INTERMESTIC INC., Zoff Co., Ltd., (hereafter referred collectively as the “Company”) in the course of business operation, retain a substantial amount of personal information and consider its protection a crucial responsibility. In order to gain the trust of society, including the information subject, the Company will establish information protection measures as below and strive to protect personal information.

1. Compliance with laws and regulations

In regards to the protection of personal information, the Company will comply to applicable laws, ordinances set out by the government and other norms, and strive to protect personal information retained by the Company.

2. Acquisition and use of personal information

In regards to the acquisition and use of personal information, the Company shall specify the purpose for the use of personal information, and will not handle the personal information beyond the scope necessary to accomplish the specified purpose of use (hereafter referred as “unintended use”). Furthermore, the Company will take appropriate management measures to prevent unintended use.

3. The provision of personal information to third party

The personal information obtained by the Company is not provided to third parties without the consent of the person except in cases permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

4. When entrusting the handling of personal information

When the Company entrusts an entity on handling of personal information, the Company will take necessary and appropriate supervision on security management of personal information by such entity.

5. Security management measures of personal information

To appropriately manage the acquired personal information, the Company will take organizational, human, physical and technical security measures, and will endeavor to prevent and remediate unauthorized access, leakage, loss or damage of personal information.

6. Personal information of minors

The Company will take equal protection measures as adults in regards to the personal information of minors. Acquisition of personal information of minors may be subject to guardian consent as needed.

7. Complaint and consultation or disclosure request, etc.

When there is a complaint or consultation, or request for disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension of use, erasure and suspension of provision to a third party (hereafter referred as “disclosure request, etc.”) of personal information, the Company will respond in good faith within a reasonable period of time.

8. Continuous improvement

In accordance to the social and environmental changes, the Company will endeavor to continuously improve our personal information protection management system.
